1. Grading

We have been in the paving, grading and site work for over 25 years so we have seen our jobs stand the test of time. We use all FDOT approved baserock, laser transits and double drum vibratory rollers on our projects. A properly prepared sub grade is essential to keep depressions, alligator cracks, wash out and pavement deterioration at bay. Unfortunately many of our competitors take short cuts, often using inferior contaminated materials such as asphalt millings, dirt, sand, crushed concrete and even roofing tile. It could take up to 5 years for these shortcuts to rear their head but when they do the repair cost are very expensive. Much of our business revolves around repairing these faulty jobs and sadly it’s very expensive and tedious. A properly graded paving job can last up to 30 years without needing to be resurfaced.
